What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us at the details mentioned in contact page mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

What if the customer wants to Replace a product received in perfect condition?

If the product received by the customer is in perfect condition, however the customer wants to replace it with another size or design, in such a situation we have a replacement option for the customers subject to stock availability and provided the customer bears the to and fro charges of courier / shipping / duties if any which shall be subjective in terms of number of products & distance and is willing to pay the excess amount if any. Please make sure that the original product's tag and packing is intact when you send us the product. For customers outside India the replacement process is geographically as well as economically unfeasible, however if the customer intends to proceed with the replacement at his own expense, we shall initiate the replacement process. The timeline for exchanging orders is 15 days.

How to initiate the replacement process?

The Customer have to call our customer care or email us at the details mentioned in contact page, mentioning your Order ID. Our customer support team will then initiate the replacement process at the earliest.

No Refund Policy

We do not have a refund policy. Once the transaction has taken place, we do not provide a refund option to the customers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Alnoorlifestyle.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. Our current turnaround time is one day. For India we deliver within 3 -7 working days and Rest of the World 4-6 working days depending on the shipping method selected at check out. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday &Indian public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reliable shipping & logistics companies like Bluedart, Delhivery etc.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except local custom the duties, if applicable in your region.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within same day from date order is placed. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days for Pan India. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case if you have not received the delivery of your order and tracking shows delivered, please call our customer care or email us on the details mentioned in Contact page. Within 48 hours of the shipment marked as delivered.
